House of Ceramics Refund & Exchange Policy
 

At House of Ceramics, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining clear and fair policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
 

1. Requesting a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a refund or exchange, please provide a video showing the unpacking process of your product immediately after receiving it. Share that video at query@houseofceramics.in. and our customer support team will review the video and aim to process your request within 48 hours. 
 

2. Order Cancellation

Order Cancellations:

House of Ceramics allows free order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will be applicable. Please send us an email at query@houseofceramics.in or call us on our helpline number. 
We will issue store refund for orders that are successfully cancelled.
 

Please note that pre-order purchases are non-cancellable.

We only accept returns in case the product is received damaged or chipped.
 

3. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received damaged or chipped.

  • All other cases are not eligible for return or exchange.
     

4. Damaged or Missing Items

Unboxing Video Mandatory- To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package.
Submission Window - The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Replacement Procedure - After reviewing the video and confirming the damage, we will ship a replacement item (subject to availability) at no extra charge.

  • If the product is unavailable or out of stock, a refund will be initiated for the Damaged items.
     

5. Non-Refundable Items

Sale Days: Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or replacements. Only cases of damaged or missing items will be supported.
Stock Clearance: Stock clearance items are non-returnable and non-replaceable. No refund or replacement is applicable, except in the case of damaged or missing items.
 

Please note that pre-order purchases are non-cancellable.
 

6. Return Conditions

Returns for fragile items are accepted only if the product is received damaged or chipped. All other products are not eligible for return or exchange.
 

Please inform us within 12 hours of delivery and provide the required proof to initiate a return or refund.
 

  • Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval

  • Return to Origin (RTO): If an order is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal, a refund may be issued after deducting shipping and packaging charges. If the customer wishes to have the parcel re-attempted for delivery, additional shipping fees will apply.
     

7. Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be issued in cases of incorrect, incomplete address or wrong pincode, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
     

8. Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
