At House of Ceramics, we offer exclusive pricing and benefits for bulk purchases to businesses, retailers, event organizers, and customers looking to purchase in large quantities. We are committed to providing high-quality ceramic products along with a smooth and reliable ordering experience.
 

1. Eligibility for Bulk Orders

• Bulk orders are applicable for purchases with a minimum order value of ₹25,000.

• This policy is intended for businesses, retailers, event planners, and organizations.

• Individual customers may also place bulk orders; however, special pricing or benefits may vary.
   

2. Bulk Pricing and Discounts

• Bulk orders are eligible for special pricing based on product type, quantity, and availability.

• Discounts may vary depending on order size and ongoing promotions.

• Customers are required to contact our team to receive a customized quotation.
   

3. Custom Orders and Branding

• We offer customization options for bulk orders, including branding, logos, and special designs.

• Custom orders require prior discussion and design approval.

• Additional charges and extended production timelines may apply.

• Minimum order quantities may be required for customized products.
   

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping charges are applicable for all bulk orders and will be calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

• Bulk orders are typically processed and shipped within 25–30 business days after order confirmation.
   

5. Payment Terms

• An advance payment of 75% is required to confirm and initiate the order.

• The remaining 25% balance must be paid before dispatch.

• Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Transfer, and PayPal.

• A formal invoice will be shared upon order confirmation.
   

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof.

• Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
